Short cv:
At present I am working as a Professional Research Assistant in the Chemical Oceanography and Marine Pollution Laboratory (LOQyCA) of Centro para el Estudio de los Sistemas Marinos (CESIMAR). I work for research projects that require nutrient measurements as part of their oceanographic studies and I also perform these analyses for other institutions such as universities and government agencies mainly from Patagonia but also of other regions of Argentina. I am in charge of a Skalar autoanalyzer San Plus equipment, and perform measurements of nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, silicate and ammonia, at microM level. I am an analyst and also consultant for studies requiring this type of measurement. I am very interested in this training because, ever since I began working in this topic, I’ve never had the opportunity to assist to any specific training like this. Besides, it would be the first time I have been participating in an oceanographic cruise. It would be an excellent opportunity to me to update my knowledge, gain experience, exchange knowledge with colleagues, treat problems regarding CFA operation, go deeply on analysis protocols, and improve the outcome of macro-nutrient measurements, according to the results obtained by our laboratory in the IOCCP-JAMSTEC 2015 and 2018 exercise.
