Short CV

I am an Oceanographer and currently a PhD student in Coastal and Oceanic Systems at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR, Brazil), where I work at the Laboratory of Organic Geochemistry and Marine Pollution (LaGPoM). My professional background includes a Master’s degree in Biological Oceanography and extensive work with coastal environmental monitoring, specifically focused on plastic and microplastic pollution.

Currently, my doctoral research focuses on organic geochemistry, specifically reconstructing the historical inputs of organic contaminants (such as PAHs, POPs, and LABs) in estuarine systems to assess long-term contamination scenarios and support environmental management.
