Short CV

I am currently an intern at the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE), where I work with macronutrients, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll-a, and dissolved inorganic carbon. This role has provided me with a solid foundation in biogeochemical measurements and data analysis. At the same time, it has strengthened my interest in moving beyond observations to better understand the mechanisms driving these patterns. I am particularly interested in gaining a deeper understanding of nitrate uptake rates, phytoplankton size structure, and the key organisms that influence ecosystem dynamics. These aspects are central to advancing my understanding of nutrient cycling and primary production, and they align closely with my current research interests. I intend to pursue my Masters in Marine Biogeochemistry.
